Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns
and refunds policy is as follows:

  • Return Period: You may return products within 14 days from the delivery date.


  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused,
    and with original packaging.

 

  • Return Costs:

 

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error caused by DH, the
    company will cover all return shipping costs.

 

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to product
    quality, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
    Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
